The Directorate of Social Security and Women & Child Development (SSWCD), Punjab, has opened the application process for 6,110 Anganwadi vacancies across the state. The registration window is now active, and candidates can apply until December 10, 2025, through the official website at sswcd.punjab.gov.in.
This recruitment drive aims to fill posts for Anganwadi Workers (AWW) and Anganwadi Helpers (AWH) in various districts. According to the official notification, 12th-pass candidates are eligible to apply. The selection process will be based on merit, followed by document verification and a medical examination.
Punjab Anganwadi Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have passed the Class 12 examination from a recognised board. The age limit for Anganwadi Helpers is 18 to 37 years, while candidates applying for Anganwadi Worker positions must be between 21 and 37 years. Age relaxations will be provided as per government norms.
