The 21st installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will be released on November 19. More than 10 crore farmers across the country will benefit from this. PM Narendra Modi will release the 21st installment.
Under this scheme, small and marginal farmers are given three installments of Rs 2,000 each (total Rs 6,000) in a year. This amount is deposited in the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.

Some states have already received the 21st installment The Central Government has already released the 21st installment in some states. This installment was given to the farmers of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh on 26 September 2025, as advance relief was given to compensate for the losses caused by floods and landslides in these states. Apart from this, the farmers of Jammu and Kashmir have also received this installment on 7 October 2025. The remaining states are expected to be paid in November.
Under this scheme, Rs 2,000 each is transferred to the farmers’ accounts in three installments every year. The first installment is released between April-July, the second installment between August-November and the third installment between December-March.
The 20th installment was released on 2 August Prime Minister Narendra Modi had released the 20th installment of Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme on August 2. PM Modi had transferred Rs 20.84 crore as the 20th installment to the accounts of 9.7 crore farmers from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
PM-Kisan Yojana was started in 2019 PM-Kisan scheme was started in February 2019. Under this, eligible farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 6,000 every year, which is sent directly to their bank accounts in three installments through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Currently, more than 10 crore farmers across the country are taking advantage of this scheme.
