A complaint has been lodged with Bisrakh police on the basis of which the police have started an investigation. The victim is working as an HR manager in a bank.
The victim couple lives in Radha Sky Garden Society in Greno West. The woman is an HR manager in a bank. The victim’s husband told that on Saturday evening he had gone to Galaxy Blue Sapphire Mall near Gaur City with his wife. When he was coming down the stairs, two employees of the mall’s maintenance department made a wrong comment on seeing his wife. When he protested, the employees started beating the woman’s husband and soon the mall manager and other employees of the maintenance department also beat up the victim. During this, the victim couple kept pleading for help, but no one present there helped them.
15-20 people beat up the victim
The victim said that 15 to 20 people including the manager continuously assaulted him while he was leaving the mall. After coming out of the mall, he called the police helpline 112. The police reached the spot after about 15 minutes. A complaint in this matter has been lodged at Bisrakh police station.
What did DCP Central Noida say?
DCP Central Noida Shakti Mohan Awasthi said that information about a couple being assaulted at Blue Sapphire Mall was received through social media. After this, the police immediately reached the spot. Both the parties have been called to the police station, while the victim is being sent for medical examination. The police is collecting CCTV and other information from the mall. On the basis of the victim’s complaint, a case will be registered under relevant sections and action will be taken in the matter.
