In the FIR lodged at Sarabha Nagar police station, the complainant alleges that the company took Rs 2.40 crore in the name of 4 flats, but did not complete the work on time. When he complained, there was no hearing. Due to this he suffered mental and financial loss.
At present, based on the complaint, the police have registered a case against the director and sales head of the company under fraud and criminal conspiracy. Police say that the matter is being investigated.

Took Rs 2.40 crore for 4 flats Falitash Jain, a resident of New Madhopuri, Ludhiana, told in his complaint to the police that he had purchased 4 flats from the company in Hero Homes, Ludhiana Project. To buy the flat, approximately Rs 2 crore 41 lakh 13 thousand 602 were paid in the company Hero Realty Private Limited Office Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi. He also has all its receipts.
Construction work of flat not completed Falitash Jain alleges that the company did not complete the construction work of the flats despite receiving the entire amount. In this way the company defrauded him as part of a conspiracy. He also complained to the director and sales head several times, but no hearing took place. Due to this he became mentally disturbed. He also suffered financial loss due to his money getting stuck.
Complaint given to senior officials Falitash Jain complained about this matter to senior police officers. After that the police investigated the matter and after that a case was registered against the company director Sunil Kant Munjal and sales head Nikhil Jain under IPC sections 406 (betrayal of trust), 420 (fraud) and 120B (criminal conspiracy). The police have started a detailed investigation into the case.
