Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on the blast in Delhi that the conspirators behind this blast will not be spared. He is currently on a tour of Bhutan. He said this while giving a speech there. Starting his speech, PM Modi said, “Today I have come here with a very heavy heart. The horrific incident that took place in Delhi yesterday evening has distressed everyone’s mind. The conspirators behind this will not be spared. The entire country stands with the victims.”
He further said that I was in touch with all the important people and all the agencies involved in the investigation of this incident throughout the night. Discussions were going on, strings of information were being added. Our agencies will get to the bottom of this conspiracy.
Narendra Modi said, “Today is the day bhutan It is very important for Bhutan’s royal family and for all those who believe in world peace. The relationship between India and Bhutan has been very deep, intimate and cultural for centuries. Therefore, it was India’s and my commitment to participate in this important occasion.”
‘We all celebrate the 70th birthday of The Fourth King…’
Prime Minister Modi said, “Today on one hand the Global Peace Prayer Festival is being organized here and on the other hand we are having darshan of the Piprahwa relics of Lord Buddha. Along with all this, we are all witnessing the 70th birthday celebrations of The Fourth King. This event and the dignified presence of so many people, shows the strength of the relations between India and Bhutan.”
He further said that many of you do not know that my birthplace Vadnagar is associated with Buddhist tradition. My workplace, Varanasi is also a place of Buddhist devotion. That is why coming to this function is special. May this lamp of my prayer for peace illuminate every home in Bhutan and the entire world.

Narendra Modi Said, “After taking oath as the Prime Minister in 2014, I had the opportunity to visit Bhutan on my first foreign visit. Even today when I remember that visit, my mind is filled with emotions. The relations between India and Bhutan are so strong and rich that we were together even in difficulties, we also faced challenges together. Today, as we move towards progress and prosperity, our partnership is getting stronger.”
