Daniela Perez was born in Rio de Janeiro city of Brazil. His mother, Gloria Perez, was a TV serial writer, while his father, Luiz Perez, was an engineer. Daniela had two younger brothers, Rodrigo and Rafael.

Daniela was very fond of dancing since childhood. Started learning dance at the age of just 5 years. Life was very beautiful till that time. But then in the year 1984, Daniela’s parents got divorced. At that time Daniela was only 15 years old.

However, Daniela controlled herself and decided to leave personal life problems behind and focus on her career. Her dancing skills were such that when she turned 18, she got her first success. Then she got a chance to join a dance group in Rio de Janeiro and she became a professional dancer.

At the age of 19, she thought of entering the world of acting for the first time. There was some nervousness in my mind as to what would happen. But somewhere she was confident that she would be able to do it, because because of her mother she was familiar with the film world to some extent. Daniela’s first role was that of a tango dancer, in which she got a chance to dance along with acting. The show was called Barriga de Aluguel, which was written by his mother herself.

On the set of this show, Daniela met Raul Joya, who was 15 years older than Daniela. First there is friendship between the two and then gradually this friendship turns into love. Not only this, both of them also get married within a year. After the wedding, Daniela’s dance group is selected to perform in another TV show. This time Daniela gets a supporting role along with the group.

Daniela’s beauty, acting and dance wins the hearts of the audience. His character is also very much liked. In such a situation, Daniela starts getting more screen time than before. She also creates her own distinct identity. Even offers for many TV shows start coming.

In 1992, Daniela is selected for a new show by her mother, De Corpo e Alma. In this her character’s name is Yasmin. This role is not the main one but that of the sister of the main lead actress. This show proves to be a huge hit. It quickly became one of the most popular Brazilian TV serials of that time. About 4 crore people watched it almost every day.

It was December 28, 1992. No one had imagined that this day would become the last day of Daniela Perez’s life. Everything was normal as always. The entire unit had reached the studio for shooting.

In the afternoon, Daniela was shooting a scene with her co-actor Guilherme de Padua. Everything seemed fine in front of the camera. But little did anyone know that a story of jealousy, passion and conspiracy was being written behind the camera.

The shooting ended around 9 pm that night. About 10 minutes later, Daniela headed towards the studio parking lot, where her Ford Escort car was parked. Some fans were already waiting for him there. Smiling as always, Daniela stopped, talked to them and posed for a few photos.

After this, she sat in the car and left for home. On the way, we stopped at a petrol pump and filled the car with oil. That same night, a retired lawyer, Hugo dall’Veira, was passing by. It was around 9:30 pm, he decided to skip the long route and take a shortcut while returning home. This road was certainly deserted, but was well known to the local people.

While walking on the road, Hugo’s eyes fell on two cars, which were parked behind each other. The headlights of both were burning. One car was a Santana, while the other was a Ford Escort. The same car that Daniela was driving some time ago.

When Hugo Santana passed by the car, he saw two people sitting inside it. The other car i.e. Ford Escort was empty. There was something unusual about the silence of the night, the burning headlights and two unknown shadows, but Hugo proceeded towards his home. However, the question in his mind was why would anyone park a car in such a deserted place.

They immediately suspected that perhaps theft or some suspicious activity was going on in a nearby house. After some hesitation, he reached his apartment and told the whole story to the building caretaker. He asked him to go with him to the same place again to see what was really happening there.

When both of them reached back to the same deserted road, they saw that both the cars were still parked there. Hugo immediately started noting down the registration numbers of the cars. Meanwhile, as soon as they did this, the person sitting in Santana’s car starts the car and runs away from there.

Hugo is convinced that something is wrong. He immediately returned home and called the police and informed them about the entire incident. Within some time two police officers reached the spot. After reaching there, he saw a Ford Escort car parked on the roadside. The doors were open, but no one was around. When the officers searched the car, they found registration documents in the name of none other than Raul, Daniela Perez’s husband.

The situation had now become serious. One of the two police officers immediately returned to the police station so that a report could be filed. While the other officer stopped at the same spot. In the hope that perhaps the driver of the car might return or some movement might be seen nearby. He suspected that perhaps the person had gone to the nearby bushes and was likely to return soon. The officer knew that this area was dangerous and anything could happen here at any moment.

As soon as the police officer went inside the bushes, he found the dead body of a 22-year-old girl. Immediately it was recognized that it was none other than Daniela Perez. On the other hand, Daniela’s husband Raul was already worried. Daniela had not yet returned home from the shooting. He called Daniela’s mother to find out where her daughter was and if everything was okay.

Gloria is surprised to hear this, as she had not received any update that the shooting had progressed. She immediately calls the director of the show and asks if the shooting is still going on and if Daniela is with the team. The director says that the shooting had ended at 9 pm itself and he himself saw Daniela leaving the studio with her co-actor and a friend from the set.

Gloria calls both of them and both say they have no information about this. But this thing irritates Raul a bit. Meanwhile, Raul reaches the police station. Shortly after reaching there, they get information that Daniela’s Ford Escort had been recovered just a few minutes ago. As soon as they hear this news, their worries increase further.

Initially Raul thinks that Daniela has been kidnapped. She was a well-known actress. After the shooting was over, she often gave autographs to her fans. Perhaps some fan had bad intentions that very day.

But then the police officer tells that they have found a dead body there. Raúl and Gloria immediately head to the specified location with police officers. Daniela used to carry two hand bags with her every day and it was the same that day too. But neither those bags were found in his car nor near his dead body.

The ring was also missing from Daniela’s finger, leading the police to suspect that it could be a case of murder during a robbery. After talking to Raul and confirming that Daniela had spent the entire day and evening in the recording studio, the police head straight there.

There are CCTV cameras installed at the gate of the studio, so as soon as the police reach there, the first thing that is done is to scrutinize the CCTV footage. With the help of this footage, the police quickly find out which vehicles went in and out of the studio gate that day. Apart from Daniela’s Ford Escort, another car is seen – Santana.

Investigation reveals that this Santana car is registered in the name of Guilherme de Padua, who happens to be Daniela’s co-actor. The next morning at 6 am, the police knock on the door of his house and take him to the police station for questioning.

Initially Padua completely denies that he had anything to do with Daniela’s death. But then he confesses everything. During police interrogation, the actor tells that the actor’s character is about to end in the show for which both of them were shooting. He didn’t want that. Daniela was getting a lot of fame through this show.

Due to this, he first tries to trap her in love, because this show is of Daniela’s mother, so only Daniela could have taken his character forward. But when his efforts did not succeed, he along with his wife planned to murder Daniela.

Under which first he goes home and brings his wife from there. The wife is in the car behind. There is a white sheet, so that no one has any doubt that there is someone behind. As soon as the shooting ends. Daniela and Guilherme de Padua exit and drive home in their respective cars. But instead of going home, Gil follows Daniela.

As Danielle is filling up petrol, Guilherme de Padua arrives and starts arguing. There is a lot of bickering between the two and the matter reaches a scuffle. Daniela becomes unconscious in the accident, then Gil puts her in his car and leaves on a deserted road. Whereas Daniela’s car is driven by the actor’s wife.

Reaching a deserted place, Guilherme de Padua and his wife Daniela are stabbed 18 times with a knife. Even piercing Daniela’s heart, lungs and neck repeatedly. They then take him outside and leave him in the bushes, killing him.

At the same time, both the accused were convicted of double-qualified murder. Guilherme de Padua was sentenced to 19 years and Paula to 18.5 years, but both were released in 1999 for good conduct.
