Karisma Kapoor’s children Samaira and Kiyan remembered their father Sanjay Kapoor on his birthday. Late on Wednesday night, Karisma shared a picture of a cake on social media. It was written on the cake, “Happy Birthday Dad”.

Meanwhile, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan re-shared this photo and wrote, “My Samu and Kiyu, Papa will always and always protect you”, along with a heart emoji.

It is noteworthy that Karisma Kapoor’s children have approached the Delhi High Court regarding Sanjay Kapoor’s will of Rs 30 thousand crores and asked for a share in the property. The case was heard on Monday, in which the lawyer representing the children had said that Sanjay Kapoor’s will is fake, which has been deliberately made in such a way that Karisma’s children do not get anything.

During the hearing, lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani, who is fighting the case on behalf of Karisma’s children, said that Sanjay Kapoor’s third wife Priya Sachdev deliberately kept Karisma’s children away from the property. He said that many things have been hidden in the will, in which even Sanjay Kapoor’s name is not recorded.

Pointing out mistakes in the will, he had said that the address of Sanjay Kapoor’s daughter Samaira has been written wrong and the spelling of son Kiyan’s name has also been written wrong repeatedly. Sanjay Kapoor had a very deep relationship with his children, if he had written the will himself, he would not have written the names of the children wrongly. Nor would he write his daughter’s address wrong. The hearing of this case will continue today i.e. on Tuesday.

Know what is the whole matter?

Karisma Kapoor’s former husband Sanjay Kapoor died on 12 June 2025. After his death, the mother had claimed that Sanjay’s wife Priya Sachdev had illegally taken over the entire property and had completely separated her from her son’s business.

After some time, Karisma Kapoor’s children Kiyan and Samaira asked for a share in the property of their father Sanjay Kapoor. The court ordered Priya to present Sanjay Kapoor’s will, but Priya’s lawyer presented the will in a sealed envelope in the court, demanding that it not be made public.

Karishma’s children alleged that they had rights in their father’s property, but the will was not shown to them. There are also allegations that his stepmother Priya Kapoor has prepared a fake will, through which she wants to get complete control over the entire property. There is no mention of Kiyan and Adaira in this fake will.
