Salman Khan has recently responded to the statement of Sikandar director AR Murugadoss, in which he was accused of coming late to the sets. Salman said that if the film flopped due to his late arrival then why was his next film an even bigger flop.

Stand up comedian Ravi Gupta shared the stage with Salman Khan in the Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 19. During this, Ravi Gupta asked which films did he think he did? In response, Salman took the names of the films Nishchay and Suryavansham. When Ravi asked about the recent film, Salman said, ‘None of the new ones. People say Alexander, but I don’t believe. Its plot was good.

Further, Salman took a dig at Sikandar director AR Murugadoss’s allegation of being late and said, ‘But what, I used to reach the set at 9 o’clock in the night, so something went wrong. My ribs were broken, our director (AR Murugadoss) sir said this. But his picture (Madhrasi) has just been released, in which the actor used to reach at 6 o’clock.

‘So initially this picture was of Murugadoss and Sajid Nadiadwala. After that Sajid first moved away from Kalti, Murugadoss back, from there went straight to the South. He has directed the film Madhrasi Karke, which is a very big film that has been released and is an equally big, bigger blockbuster (flop) than Sikandar. Saying this, Salman taunts with a sarcastic smile.

Let us tell you that during a conversation with YouTube channel Valaipechu Voice last month, Murugadoss had said, “It is not easy to shoot with a big star. Even the day scenes had to be shot at night because he (Salman) used to come on the set at 8 o’clock in the night. We are used to starting work in the morning, but it did not happen there.”
