Preparations are being made for this event at Eka Club near Kankaria Lake. Guests will be given entry into the club through 7 gates. There are separate entry gates for VVIP and VIP.

There is a ban on carrying bags, power banks, earphones, water bottles, food items, cigarettes, professional cameras, selfie sticks, drones and laptops etc. At the same time, children below 8 years of age will not be given admission.
The program will start on October 11 at 7:30 pm. Guests can enter the club from 3 pm onwards. The entry gates will be closed at 8 pm and no one will be allowed to enter.
Parking arrangements have been made in an area of 1 kilometer around the Kankaria complex including Aika Club and all the roads around Kankaria. Apart from this, Kankaria multi-level parking and football ground have also been reserved for parking.
There will be parking facility in these plots Parking arrangements have been made for VVIPs, VIPs and others at a total of 9 locations around Ekka Club and Kankaria. Due to the multilevel parking at Kankaria being full, vehicles can be parked in the parking plots around the Football Ground, Frog Garden, Kids City, Picnic House and Kamala Nehru Zoo.
Parking arrangements have been made for VVIPs near Pushpkunj Gate and Kids City. Both free and paid shuttle services have been arranged from the parking area to Ekka Club. People can book parking through Show My Parking.
