Pakistan Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar rejected Donald Trump’s claim to stop the Indo-Pakistan war.

He has admitted for the first time in an interview to Aljjira on Tuesday that India never accepted the mediation of any third party between the two countries.

The anchor asked him, were you ready to include third party to resolve the dispute during the struggle? On this, Ishaq Dar said that we had no objection, but India has clearly stated that this is a bilateral issue.

Trump gave ceasefire information in both countries on 10 May, after which he has taken a ceasefire credit more than 30 times. However, India has clearly stated that the ceasefire has taken place through mutual dialogue, there is no role of any third party in it.

Dar said- Pakistan ready to negotiate for peace

The struggle between India and Pakistan began on 7 May. 3 days later, Trump first informed the ceasefire between the two countries.

Dar then asked US Secretary of State Marco Rubio whether the dispute between America, India and Pakistan was resolved. On this, Rubio said that India clearly believed that this is a bilateral issue.

Dar also said that we are ready to negotiate with anyone to resolve the dispute and believe that the conversation is the way to move forward, but for this the participation of both sides is necessary.

Dar said- India had rejected the proposal of dialogue

Dar further stated that the US had also said that a conversation between India and Pakistan could take place in a neutral place. But in the next meeting with Rubio in Washington on 25 July, he was told that India did not agree on this proposal.

Dar said- India says that this is a bilateral issue. We are not begging anything. But two people are required for talks. Dar also said that if India responds, Pakistan is still ready for talks.

BJP leader Amit Malviya shared Ishaq Dar’s statement and wrote that there was no third party mediation in the Indo-Pakistan ceasefire.

He wrote- Rahul Gandhi, listen carefully to Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar told Al-Jazeera that India has rejected the ceasefire arbitration of any third party. Stop spreading lies. Stop repeating the propaganda of Pakistan.

India took military action after the Pahalgam attack

On 22 April, some terrorists carried out a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. 26 people were killed in this attack. 15 days later, on May 7, the Indian Army had a target statement to several terrorist bases in Pakistan by running Operation Sindoor. There was a 4 -day struggle between the two countries.
