Ingredients for making Sattu Paratha
-1 cup sattu
-Wheat flour – 2 cups
-Finely chopped onion – 1
-Green chilli – 1
-Ginger-garlic – 1 teaspoon
-Green coriander – 1 handful
-Celery – half teaspoon
-Klonji – half spoon
-Mustard oil – 2 teaspoons
-Pickle masala – 2 teaspoons
-salt to taste
-Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons
-Oil or ghee – as per requirement

Prepare spicy stuffing like this
First of all take sattu in a bowl. Add finely chopped onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic and green coriander in it. Now add celery and nigella seeds and crush them lightly with hands so that their flavor comes out well. Now add one spoon mango pickle masala in it. This enhances the real taste of this paratha. After this add 2 spoons of mustard oil, which gives it a desi and spicy taste. Add salt and a little lemon juice and mix well. If the mixture seems dry then sprinkle a little water, so that it becomes easily fillable.

Method of rolling and baking paratha
Now make a ball of wheat flour and roll it lightly. Fill the Sattu stuffing in the middle and close it from all sides and give it a round shape.

Roll slowly so that the stuffing does not come out. Now put it on a hot pan and fry it till it becomes golden from both the sides. If you want, you can apply ghee or oil in it. When light brown spots start appearing on the paratha and it swells, then understand that your Sattu Paratha is ready.
