Sanjay Gupta accused two former Chief Secretaries of Himachal, Prabodh Saxena and RD Dhiman, of doubtful integrity and accused them of a conspiracy to defame them. He said- Prabodh Saxena and RD Dhiman are the ones conspiring against him. Gupta said – It was only on the insistence of these two that a complaint was filed against him in Chhota Shimla regarding the Chester Hill case. The complaint given to the police is baseless: Gupta Sanjay Gupta said that the complaint lodged against him in the Chhota Shimla police station in this case is completely baseless and misleading. He clarified that the allegation being made against him of taking 3 acres of land is factually incorrect. He said that this land was taken after the permission of the government in July 2025. There has been no irregularity in this. Bought the land more than the collector rate: Sanjay On the allegations of buying the land at a lower rate, Sanjay Gupta said that the collector rate of the land was Rs 1 crore 10 lakh and he bought the land for Rs 1 crore 35 lakh. Regarding the source of purchase, Sanjay Gupta said that he had taken Rs 75 lakh from GPF in the month of June. He alleged that the complaint made by Vinay Sharma, who was Additional Advocate General in the former Congress government, has been made for the purpose of motivation and applause. A conspiracy is being hatched against the Chief Secretary. The Chief Secretary said that while being the Chairman of the Electricity Board, he had earned a profit of Rs 5 thousand crores. During his tenure, many major decisions were taken with transparency. Therefore, this conspiracy is being hatched to defame his working style. He told that 2 FIRs are already under vigilance against a grover and former Chief Secretary RD Dhiman. Besides, ED has also taken up this case. He alleged that rules were violated in the Kunihar-Nalagarh line costing Rs 130 crore, which is being investigated. Questions were also raised on former RERA Chief Baldi. Sanjay Gupta also raised questions on former RERA Chairman Shrikant Baldi in the Chester Hill case. He said that even if there was something wrong in Chester Hill, its approval from RERA was given during the time of former IAS officer Shrikant Baldi.
