A new revelation has come to light regarding the woman who lodged a gang rape FIR against Haryana BJP President Mohan Lal Badoli and singer Rocky Mittal. Before registering the case, she had reached Common Hotel in Kasauli the same day, in whose room she made allegations of gangrape.

Dainik Bhaskar came to know from police sources that the woman went to the hotel and asked for CCTV footage of July 3, 2023. Apart from this, he also asked to show the guest entry register of the guests coming there.
However, citing hotel policy, the staff refused to give him all this. After this, on December 13, 2024, he lodged a complaint at Kasauli police station.
Why did the woman go to the hotel first, police investigation on 2 theories
1. Evidence had to be collected to strengthen the complaint Police are speculating that the woman wanted to go to the hotel to collect concrete evidence before filing the complaint of gangrape. She wanted to give the CCTV footage of that day to the police along with the complaint, in which she, her friend and Mohan Badoli and Rocky Mittal are seen. Apart from this, through the guest entry register, she wanted to confirm that Badoli and Rocky had stayed in the same hotel that day.
2. There is no evidence, went to confirm it The police are also suspecting that the woman had gone to confirm that there was no evidence in the hotel that would go against her complaint. For example, she wanted to know whether such old CCTV recordings remained in the hotel or not. Which was the room in which she stayed and which was the room in which she was raped, so that when the police investigate, they can tell everything accurately. Apart from this, we can also have solid information about Barauli-Rocky through guest entry.

Friend’s claim – no gang rape took place, she met her boss
In this case, the friend of the gangrape victim held a conference in Panchkula yesterday (January 15). She said that she had only met singer Rocky Mittal in a hotel in Kasauli. She neither knows Mohan Barauli nor did she see him there. He came to know only after the case was registered that he had made me a witness.
They (the rape victim and her boss) have some issues. He said that he will get money and this friend’s boss (Amit Bindal) will get the ticket for chairmanship.
