In Haryana, Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) and Chandrashekhar Ravan’s Azad Samaj Party (ASP) have announced the first list of candidates. 19 candidates have been declared in this list. There are 15 candidates from JJP and 4 from ASP. Dushyant Chautala is contesting from Uchana and Digvijay Chautala from Madhya Pradesh.

JJP and ASP formed an alliance on 27 August. In this, JJP will field 70 candidates and ASP 20 candidates.
JJP has given ticket to Ayushi Abhimanyu Rao from Ateli. Ayushi is the daughter of Kamalbir Singh, brother of BJP leader and former minister Rao Narbir Singh. Abhimanyu Rao is the nephew of senior Congress leader and former minister Captain Ajay Singh Yadav. Abhimanyu Rao is currently on the post of vice-president in JJP. Abhimanyu Rao has been active in Ateli constituency for a long time.
His grandfather, former MLA Abhay Singh, has had considerable influence in the Ahirwal region. His uncle’s son Chiranjiv Rao is an MLA from Rewari.

7 JJP MLAs have left the party. These include Ramniwas Surjakheda from Narwana, Anoop Dhanak from Uklana, Devendra Babli from Tohana, Ramkaran Kala from Shahabad, Ishwar Singh from Guhla Cheeka, Ramkumar Gautam from Narnaund and Jogiram Sihag from Barwala. Now only Dushyant Chautala, MLA from Uchana, his mother Naina Chautala, MLA from Badhra and Amarjeet Dhanda, MLA from Julana, are left in the party.
