A 6 year old student was crushed by a van in Panipat, Haryana. Due to which he died. The student had returned from school in this van. As she started moving towards her father, the van driver recklessly drove the van at high speed.

Due to which the student was hit first. After this she fell down. The front wheel from the driver’s side and the rear wheel from the same side moved forward, crushing him. This incident was captured in CCTV camera. The girl died in her father’s lap.
The student has been identified as Ruchi. She studied in LKG class in JMD School, Flora Chowk. On the other hand, the police have registered a case against the accused on the basis of the father’s complaint.

The family is from Bihar While giving information, Abhinandan, father of the deceased student, said that he has three daughters. In which the elder daughter is innocent 8 years old. Who studies in first class in this school. The eldest daughter was Ruchi who was a LKG student. Third daughter Jiya is 1 year old. He himself runs a ration shop. His wife is Manu Kumari. Deceased daughter Ruchi was born on 13 January 2019.

Accident happened while returning home from school The daughter was returning from school on November 13 at around 1 pm. She used to go to school in Eeco van. She returned from school in the same car. She got down from the van and was walking ahead of him to come home, during which the driver drove the van away at high speed.
Rear tire removed above the neck Due to which the front and rear tires of the driver’s side of the van were removed from Ruchi’s neck and body. Due to which she was seriously injured. He was standing there waiting for his daughter. After the accident, he immediately took his daughter to a private hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead.
The student’s family members stood outside the mortuary.
Police busy searching for the accused Sector 29 police station in-charge Sub Inspector Sandeep Kumar said that on the basis of the complaint of the father of the deceased girl, a case has been registered against the accused under sections 106 and 281 of BNS. The accused van driver is currently absconding. He has been identified. Efforts are on to nab the accused. Raids are being conducted at his possible hideouts. He will be arrested soon.
