Bollywood actress Celina Jaitley has filed a case of domestic violence against her husband Peter Haag in a local court in Mumbai. Celina has made serious allegations against her husband like emotional, physical, sexual abuse. He has also asked for a compensation of Rs 50 crore and maintenance of Rs 10 lakh every month.

A petition was filed on behalf of the actress in the Mumbai court on 21 November. The petition was heard by Judicial Magistrate SC Tadye on November 24, after which a notice was issued to Austrian businessman and hotelier Peter.

In her petition, Celina said that her 48-year-old husband is a narcissistic and self-absorbed person who has no sympathy towards her or their children.

Both will separate after 15 years of marriage.

She claimed that her husband abused her emotionally, physically, sexually and verbally, due to which she was forced to leave her home in Austria and return to India.

In the petition filed by law firm Karanjawala & Company, a monthly maintenance allowance of Rs 10 lakh has been sought for the actress. Also, a demand has been made to the court to stop Peter from entering his Mumbai house. The actress also sought custody of her three children, who are currently living with Peter in Austria.

She said that after having children, Peter stopped her from working on various pretexts. This affected their financial independence and took away their dignity. She was only able to do small projects from time to time with Peter’s permission. His petition states that Peter had filed a divorce application in an Austrian court in August this year.

Let us tell you that Celina married Peter Haag in Austria in 2010. Both have three children, Winston, Viraj and Arthur. In March 2012, the couple became parents of twin sons.

Then in 2017, the actress gave birth to twin sons, one of whom died due to a hypoplastic heart condition.

Before entering the industry, Celina had been a beauty pageant winner. She was the winner of Miss Femina India in the year 2001. Apart from this, she stood fourth in the Miss Universe competition held in the same year.
