Famous musician and singer Raghu Dixit recently married Varijashree Venugopal. 34 year old Varijashree is a well-known flutist, singer and music educator.
According to the report of Bollywood Shadis, both of them got married on 14 October 2025. It was a private ceremony, which was attended by some close people and guests from the industry. The wedding photos have now surfaced on social media.
Some celebrities attended the wedding ceremony. Actress Yamuna Srinidhi shared some glimpses of the wedding on social media. Both Raghu and Varijashree looked happy in the photo. Raghu wore a yellow traditional dhoti with a maroon border.
The couple was seen performing wedding rituals.
Whereas Varijashree wore an orange colored saree, which she matched with a blue blouse and traditional wedding jewellery.
Actress Yamuna also shared a photo with Raghu Dixit and Varijashree Venugopal.
Apart from actress Yamuna, Ayyo Shraddha and some other guests also attended the wedding.
This is the second marriage of 50 year old Raghu. He was first married to choreographer and dancer Mayuri Upadhyay in 2005, but the couple divorced in 2019. A few years after the divorce, Raghu met Varijashree, and their friendship gradually turned into love.
In February 2025, Raghu Dixit had shared a post on Varijashree’s Grammy nomination. He called Varijashree his friend and praised her brilliant work in Jacob Collier’s song ‘A Rock Somewhere’, which was nominated in the Best Global Music Performance category.
