Actress Mahhi Vij has reprimanded the trollers over her name being linked to Nadeem, who is close to Salman Khan. He has clearly said that Nadeem is like his father and now people have tainted this word itself.
Mahi has released a video reacting to this controversy and said,
Everyone told me to ignore it and my people who know about these things know and they feel very bad about it. Because we have divorced very well with respect for each other, I think you people are not able to digest this. You people want controversy. Nadeem is my best friend and will always be my best friend. For 6 years I have been posting for him and for 6 years Tara calls him Abba. It was Jai and I’s decision that Tara would call him (Nadeem) Abba.
Mahi further said, ‘You have made that Abba word so bad, so dirty. Meaning you people are not afraid of karma. You can go to any level of shit. You should feel ashamed. Shame on you. You are writing such mean things about me and Nadeem, who is not just the godfather of my life. What level of dirty can you go to?
Mahi Vij had used the word I love you for Nadeem in her post, due to which she was also trolled. Now on this the actress said, ‘You don’t say I love you to your best friends? You don’t say I love you to your brother? You don’t say I love you to your sister? Half of the comments I am reading are fake followers. Who are spoiling my image. I will not let this happen. You guys are cheap.
In the video, Mahi has clearly said that Nadeem is also very close to Jai Bhanushali and he is a part of their group.
On which post of Mahi Vij there was controversy?
On Saturday, Mahi had shared an emotional post saying that Nadeem is her biggest support system and always supports her. While wishing Nadeem on his birthday, Mahi wrote on Instagram,
Happy birthday to the person whom I have chosen not by chance, but with my heart. For the one who understands me even when I don’t say anything. For the one who stands with me not because he has to, but because he wants to. You are my family, my safe place, my forever.
Mahi Vij further wrote,

At the end of her long post, Mahi Vij had written,

When I forget to believe in myself, you believe in me. And you love me in a way that heals the parts of me I didn’t even realize were broken. Salman’s sister Arpita expressed displeasure over the controversy
Nadeem has been close to Salman Khan’s family for the last several years. As soon as his name started being linked with Mahhi Vij, Salman Khan’s sister Arpita shared a post in support of Nadeem and wrote, ‘If these things are said about a person like you, then I wonder what world we are living in.’
Many celebs including Jai Bhanushali came out in support of Mahi.
Despite divorce, Jai Bhanushali has raised his voice for Mahhi Vij in case of any dispute. He re-shared Ankita Lokhande’s post and wrote, ‘Thank you Ankita, I agree with everything you said.’
After the controversy on Sunday, Ankita Lokhande had shared a long post in support of Mahi Vij. she wrote,
Today I want to say something, not as a celebrity, but as a friend. I am very upset with the way people are talking about Mahi and Nadeem’s relationship. I know Mahi, I know Nadeem and I also know Jai very well. Therefore, I want to say clearly that Nadeem has always been a father figure to Mahi and Jai and is also like a father to Tara. Ankita further wrote, ‘Some relationships are built on respect, love and years of trust. Outsiders have no right to judge them. May God keep both of you happy.
The actress also said,
