Sanjay Raut said- Eknath Shinde should not be taken seriously.
Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut on Friday claimed a split in Shinde faction’s Shiv Sena. Talking to journalists, Rajya Sabha MP Raut said that such activities are going on behind the scenes that in future there may be three Deputy CMs in the state.
Eknath Shinde should not be taken seriously. Yesterday he was the Chief Minister, today he is the Deputy Chief Minister, tomorrow he will not be. Maharashtra is getting its third Deputy Chief Minister from the same party. Referring to BJP, Raut alleged that Shinde is serving the enemies of Maharashtra.
A few days ago too, Raut had talked about a split in Shinde faction’s Shiv Sena. He had said that Industries Minister Uday Samant can break the party because he has 20 MLAs. When Shinde was unhappy with getting the CM post, there was a plan to make Samant the Deputy CM.
However, Samant has denied any differences with Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde. Samant says that efforts are being made to create a rift between them.
Earlier it was said- lack of coordination in INDIA block Sanjay Raut said on January 13 that there is a lack of coordination in the INDIA alliance. After the Lok Sabha elections, not a single meeting of the parties involved in the alliance was held. Congress, being the largest party in the alliance, should do this work.
Raut had also accused Congress of weakening the parties in the alliance. He had said- Congress is weakening other parties of INDIA block by contesting elections against them. The performance of Congress itself was not special in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Maharashtra and Jharkhand.
Congress is responsible for the discord in the INDIA block. Raut had said that the dictatorship of Modi and Shah is the biggest problem facing the country. Due to this the alliance should become stronger.
Even on January 10, Sanjay Raut had expressed his displeasure over the attitude of Congress regarding the INDIA alliance.
Raut had said – Congress should tell whether INDIA block exists or not. Sanjay Raut had agreed with Omar Abdullah’s statement on January 10, in which Omar had said that the INDIA alliance was only till the Lok Sabha elections, so it should be ended.
After this Raut had said that if the allies of INDIA block feel that it no longer exists then Congress should be held responsible for this.
