US President Donald Trump will visit China on 14 and 15 May. The tour was initially scheduled for late March, but was postponed due to the ongoing war in Iran.
According to the White House, Trump will meet President Xi Jinping in China. No condition was placed between the two countries regarding postponing the meeting. China has agreed to change the date.
After this, the tour schedule of Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan to America will also be decided this year. Trump and his wife Melania Trump will host him in Washington.
Trump and Xi Jinping last met in South Korea in October.
