After the approval of separating the real estate business from Raymond, Raymond’s stock is witnessing a rise of more than 15% today. At 11 am, Raymond Limited’s stock was trading at 3,391.80 with a rise of 15.37%.
The company’s board approved the demerger yesterday i.e. on July 4. Raymond had said in the exchange filing that the objective of this demerger plan is to take advantage of the growth potential in the real estate segment and to ensure the participation of new investors and strategic partners in this business.
