America and Israel have been carrying out airstrikes in Iran for two consecutive weeks, despite this, Iran’s power is still very strong and there is no danger of it falling soon.
This has come to light in the reports of American intelligence agencies. Three sources related to this matter have given this information to news agency Reuters.
According to a source, many intelligence reports have made the same assessment that Iran’s government is not in a position to fall and it is still maintaining control over the people of the country.
At the same time, political pressure is increasing due to increase in oil prices. In such a situation, US President Donald Trump has indicated that America can end the war soon. However, if Iran’s fundamentalist leaders remain in power, finding a way to end the war will not be easy.

It is not certain that the current government of Iran will fall.
According to intelligence reports, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed on February 28, the day before the US and Israeli attacks, but despite this, the religious leadership system there still remains united.
A senior Israeli official also told Reuters that the same thing had come out in the secret meetings that at present there is no possibility of the current government of Iran falling.
Sources also said that the situation on the ground is changing very rapidly and the situation inside Iran may go in a different direction in the coming times.
Leadership controls Iran even after Khamenei’s death
America and Israel have targeted many Iranian targets since the war started. These include people associated with air defense systems, nuclear bases and top leadership.
The Trump administration has given different reasons for this war. While starting the war, Trump had asked the people of Iran to change their government themselves. However, his senior officials later said that the purpose of this operation was not to remove the Iranian government.
Apart from Khamenei, many senior officials and several top commanders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) have also been killed in the attacks. It is a powerful paramilitary force of Iran, which controls a large part of the country’s economy.
Despite this, according to American intelligence reports, the ‘Internal Leadership System’ formed after the death of Khamenei and IRGC officers still maintains control over the country.
Brookings Institution expert Suzanne Maloney said that at present there is no force inside Iran that can challenge the power remaining with the government.
According to him, Iran may not be able to use full power against its neighboring countries, but it is still capable of maintaining complete control inside the country.

It is not clear that American soldiers will go to war in Iran
This week, the ‘Assembly of Experts’, an organization of senior Shia religious leaders of Iran, has declared Khamenei’s son Mojtaba Khamenei as the new supreme leader.
According to another source, Israel’s intention is that no part of the current Iranian regime remains in power. However, it is not yet clear how the current operation of America and Israel will be able to topple the government.
Sources say that for this, ground military action will probably have to be taken, so that people inside Iran can take to the streets and protest. The Trump administration has not yet ruled out the possibility of sending American troops to Iran.

Kurds said – they will take up arms if America supports them
Meanwhile, there were reports that Iranian Kurdish militia groups present in Iraq have discussed with the US whether they can attack security forces in western Iran.
If this happens, there may be pressure on Iran’s security system and protests against the government may increase inside the country.
Abdullah Mohtadi, head of Iranian Kurdistan’s Komala party, said thousands of youth are ready to take up arms against the government if America supports it.
He also claimed that Iranian security forces have abandoned some positions in Kurdish areas because they fear US and Israeli attacks.

Protesters are seen carrying Kurdish flags during a demonstration in the Iraqi city of Erbil on January 30.
Iranian Kurds have no strength to fight
However, US intelligence reports have raised doubts that Iranian Kurdish groups do not have the ability to fight Iranian security forces for a long time. According to two sources, they neither have enough weapons nor sufficient number of fighters.
According to sources, in recent days Iranian Kurdish groups have demanded US officials and lawmakers in Washington to provide weapons and armored vehicles. But Trump said on Saturday that he had rejected the idea of sending Iranian Kurdish groups to Iran for now.
It is not easy to topple the regime in Iran
According to a separate report by the Washington Post, a secret report by America’s intelligence agencies states that even if America launches a large-scale military attack on Iran, it will not be easy to topple the current regime there.
This assessment has been made in the report of the National Intelligence Council (NIC). According to the report, Iran’s military and religious leadership system is so strong that it will be difficult to remove it.
This report was prepared about a week before America and Israel launched the attack on Iran on February 28. In this, different possibilities were assessed, such as if Iran’s top leaders were targeted or if a major attack was carried out on the government and institutions.
Chances of opposition forces coming to power in Iran less
The report says that even after the assassination of Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, instead of the government collapsing, a new leadership will be elected as per the prescribed process and the government will continue.
The intelligence assessment also said that Iran’s scattered opposition forces were highly unlikely to come to power. The National Intelligence Council is a group of senior experts from 18 intelligence agencies of America, who together prepare such secret reports.
The White House has not commented directly on this and also did not clarify whether President Donald Trump was informed about this report before starting the military operation.
