9 days before voting for Maharashtra elections, BJP has complained to the Election Commission against Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi.
Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal said on Monday that Rahul Gandhi is falsely campaigning against BJP in the rallies in Maharashtra. He said that Rahul had said in the November 6 rally that BJP wants to crush the Constitution. This allegation is baseless. Rahul tries to pit the states against each other. He tore the Constitution to pieces.
We have told the Election Commission that this should be stopped. Rahul Gandhi is used to making such baseless allegations. Despite warnings and notices, they are not desisting from doing so. FIR should be registered against Rahul under section 353 of BNS.
4 more statements of Rahul…against which BJP approached the Election Commission

- The factories where youth were supposed to get employment were snatched from you, your land is being snatched from you.
- ED, CBI and Election Commission work at the behest of the Central Government. BJP uses these institutions to topple the opposition government.
Congress also complains to the Election Commission
A Congress delegation also gave 8 complaints against BJP to the Election Commission on Monday regarding Jharkhand and Maharashtra assembly elections.
In these, BJP has been accused of sharing a picture promoting communalism. Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh referred to the picture posted on BJP’s ‘X’ handle.
Jairam Ramesh said- The picture wrongly shows a person taking people from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes out of a rickshaw and putting a person from a religious minority community in it.
Jairam Ramesh said- In the caption of this picture it was written that the game of appeasement of Congress led MVA is going on. This picture instigates people against a particular religion. The Election Commission has accepted our complaints as valid.
