Actor Ranbir Kapoor is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film Ramayana. Ranbir is playing the role of Lord Ram in this film. Some people on social media are also raising questions on his casting. Some users say that he is not right for this role. Meanwhile, spiritual guru Sadhguru has supported Ranbir.

Recently Sadhguru had a conversation with producer Namit Malhotra. In the conversation, Malhotra told Sadhguru that people are bringing out old things and asking how Ranbir Kapoor can play the role of Shri Ram in Ramayana?

On this, Sadhguru said, “It is not right to judge an actor on what kind of role he has played in some other film earlier. If today he is playing the character of Ram, do you expect him to become Ram completely in real life too? No. Tomorrow the same actor can play the role of Ravana in some other film.”

The conversation between Namit Malhotra and Sadhguru lasted for more than 1 hour and the video has been uploaded on Sadhguru's official YouTube channel.
