Today is the last day to invest in the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Unicommerce E-Solutions Limited and FirstCry’s parent company Brainbees Solutions Limited. In two days, Unicommerce E-Solutions’ IPO was subscribed a total of 12.35 times. The issue was subscribed 36.12 times in the retail category, 0.80 times in qualified institutional buyers (QIB) and 19.59 times in the non-institutional investors (NII) category.

At the same time, the IPO of Brainbees Solutions was subscribed a total of 0.30 times in two days. The issue was subscribed 1.08 times in the retail category, 0.03 times in qualified institutional buyers (QIB) and 0.30 times in the NII category. The shares of both the companies will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on August 13.

1. Unicommerce E-Solutions Limited
Unicommerce E-Solutions Limited wants to raise a total of ₹ 276.57 crore through this issue. For this, the company is issuing 25,608,512 fresh shares worth ₹ 276.57 crore. The existing investors of the company are not selling a single share through Offer for Sale i.e. OFS.

Investors can bid for a maximum of 1794 shares
Unicommerce E-Solutions Limited has fixed the price band of the IPO at ₹102-₹108. In such a situation, investors can bid for a minimum of one lot i.e. 138 shares. If you apply for 1 lot as per the upper price band of the IPO of ₹108, then you will have to invest ₹14,904 for it. At the same time, retail investors can apply for a maximum of 13 lots i.e. 1794 shares. For this, investors will have to invest ₹193,752 as per the upper price band.

Unicommerce E-Solutions’ premium in the grey market is 32.41%
Before listing, Unicommerce E-Solutions’ stock has reached a premium of 32.41% i.e. ₹ 35 per share in the grey market. In such a situation, according to the upper price band of ₹ 108, its listing can happen at ₹ 143. However, this can only be estimated, the listing price of the stock is quite different from the grey market price.

Unicommerce E-Solutions Limited was founded in February 2012, which is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that manages e-commerce operations for brands, sellers and logistics providers. Unicommerce E-Solutions Limited is backed by e-commerce platform Snapdeal and SoftBank.

2. Brainbees Solutions Limited
Brainbees Solutions Limited is raising a total of ₹4,193.73 crores through this issue. For this, the company will issue 35,827,957 fresh shares worth ₹1,666 crores. Whereas, the existing investors of the company are selling 54,359,733 shares worth ₹2,527.73 crores through Offer for Sale i.e. OFS.

Retail investors can bid for a maximum of 416 shares
Brainbees Solutions Limited has fixed the price band of its IPO at ₹440-₹465. In such a situation, investors will be able to bid for a minimum of 1 lot i.e. 32 shares for this IPO. If you apply for 1 lot as per the upper price band of ₹465 of the IPO, then you will have to invest ₹14,880 for it. At the same time, retail investors can apply for a maximum of 13 lots i.e. 416 shares. For this, investors will have to invest ₹193,440 as per the upper price band.

BrainBees Solutions’ premium in grey market is 6.88%
Before listing, the stock of Brainbees Solutions has reached a premium of 6.88% i.e. ₹ 32 per share in the grey market. In such a situation, according to the upper price band of ₹ 465, its listing can happen at ₹ 497. However, this can only be estimated, the listing price of the stock is quite different from the grey market price.
