Mahayuti has won 230 out of 288 seats in the state. Whereas, MVA has got 46 seats.

According to BJP sources, Devendra Fadnavis’s name has been finalized for the post of Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Fadnavis met Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi on Monday night. According to sources, Fadnavis will be the CM for the first two and a half years and Shiv Sena Chief Eknath Shinde will be the CM for the next two and a half years. After leaving the post, Fadnavis can become the national president of BJP.

2. IPL auction: Only Bhuvneshwar sold for ₹10 crore on the second day; 13 year old Vaibhav is the youngest player

What is phone tamping case: In July 2020, during the rebellion of Sachin Pilot camp, the Gehlot government was accused of phone tapping. Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat had registered a case against police officers including Lokesh Sharma in Delhi in March 2021.
