Melania Trump, wife of former US President Donald Trump, has slammed the FBI for raiding her home Mar-a-Lago in 2022. Sharing a video on social media on Saturday, Melania warned that people’s rights must be protected in America.

Actually, on October 1, Melania Trump is going to release a book (memoir) on some incidents of her life. She has released its promotional video. In this Melania said, “I never thought that the US government would attack my privacy in this way.”

Melania said that when the FBI team came that day, they searched my personal belongings. This is not just my story. This is a warning to all the citizens of America, our rights and freedom must be protected.

‘The FBI searched Melania’s personal wardrobe’ Earlier, during a rally for the presidential election to be held on November 5, Trump had said that Melania felt humiliated after the FBI raid. Trump had said, “It was a very bad experience. FBI officials entered Melania’s wardrobe. They searched among her clothes. They messed up the condition of the whole house.”

Trump had said that FBI agents had also searched the room of his 16-year-old son Barron. In fact, after losing the presidential election in 2021, Trump left White House and returned to his home Mar-a-Lago in Florida. During this time, he was accused of taking many government and intelligence documents with him.

In August 2021, the FBI raided Trump’s house. Last year, a criminal case was also registered against the former president in this matter. It was stated in the charge sheet that the FBI had recovered 337 government documents from Trump. Out of these, 21 documents were labeled Top Secret. These are the documents in which the most sensitive information is kept.

Trump hid files in the bathroom-store room Apart from this, 9 documents were labeled secret. These are the files which, if leaked, can pose a serious threat to national security. According to CNN, the classified files that Trump hid contained details related to America’s nuclear programs and the defense and weapons capabilities of the US and other countries.

The 49-page chargesheet said Trump had hidden the documents in his bathroom, ballroom, shower, office, store room and bedroom. It was also reported that Trump had shown the files to a writer and two staff members on two separate occasions in 2021 without security clearance.

However, in July this year, federal judge Eileen Cannon dismissed Trump’s case. She said that lawyer Jack Smith, who was fighting the case against Trump, was not hired legally.
