Actors Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal and Shweta Tripathi have completed the shooting of the Banaras schedule of ‘Mirzapur: The Movie’. The shooting schedule in Banaras lasted for two weeks.

Expressing his happiness, actor Ali Fazal said, “Banaras has always felt like home. It is here that Guddu Pandit identified himself and found his true strength. Returning here for ‘Mirzapur: The Movie’ brought back many memories, not just of past seasons, but also of the journey we have traveled as a team and as characters. From ‘Masaan’ to ‘Mirzapur’, this city has seen many special moments in my acting journey. The role of ‘Golu’ is a story of strength, courage and growth for me and the vibe of Banaras makes that emotion very real.”
