A major accident took place in Nashik district of Maharashtra on Saturday after a collision between a truck and a pick-up vehicle. After the collision, the pick-up vehicle caught fire, killing four people and injuring seven.
According to the police, all the people were returning from a religious program. The truck hit the pick-up and dragged it for about 100 feet, after which it caught fire. The truck driver has been arrested after the accident and the police is investigating the matter.

Speeding truck hits several vehicles in Delhi, elderly man dies
A speeding truck hit several vehicles in Anand Parvat area of Delhi on Saturday afternoon. A 65 year old man died in this accident. The deceased has been identified as Manjeet Singh, who was driving the scooter.
According to the police, a car, two bikes, an e-rickshaw, a scooter and another truck were damaged in the accident. After the accident the truck driver fled from the spot. Police have registered the case and the search for the accused driver is on.
