Dry day in Hyderabad, Secunderabad on Ganesh immersion, police asked to keep liquor shops closed

Hyderabad Police Commissioner CV Anand has ordered the closure of liquor shops in Hyderabad and Secunderabad from 6 am on September 17 to 6 pm on September 18 to maintain peace and harmony during Ganesh Visarjan. During this period, liquor/toddy shops, bars (except star hotels and registered clubs), bars attached to restaurants will remain closed.
