Rachin Ravindra has been New Zealand’s most effective all-rounder in this World Cup. He has scored 128 runs in 6 innings and scored one fifty. In bowling, he has taken 11 wickets in 8 matches and is the highest wicket taker for New Zealand in the tournament.

New Zealand captain Mitchell Santner is among the most experienced players of the team. He was appointed captain of New Zealand’s limited overs (ODI/T20I) team in December 2024.

In this tournament, he has scored 77 runs in 7 matches and has also played the finishing role when needed. Against Sri Lanka, Santner along with Cole McConchie added 84 runs on 47 balls after 6 wickets fell for 84 runs. In this match, he played an innings of 47 runs on 26 balls.

Henry has 52 wickets in his name in 42 T20 International matches. He took 5 wickets for 42 runs against India in the Champions Trophy league match last year.

5. Tim Seifert- 274 runs, 3 fifties in the tournament

Tim Seifert is the second highest run scorer of this tournament for New Zealand. He scored 274 runs in 7 innings of this World Cup and also scored 3 half-centuries. His strike rate has been more than 161.

Seifert gave New Zealand a fast start in the semi-finals. Along with Finn Allen, he made an opening partnership of 117 runs against South Africa. Seifert had scored 58 runs in this match.

Apart from South Africa, Seifert has also scored fifties against UAE and Afghanistan in this tournament. His best score is 89 runs not out. He equaled Andre Russell’s record for the fastest century by scoring a century in 40 balls for St. Lucia Kings in the West Indies Caribbean Premier League in 2025.
