The US investigating agency FBI arrested Sindi with the help of Indian authorities and Interpol.
The US investigating agency FBI arrested a top-10 most wanted fugitive woman from Texas from India. The woman, named Cindy Rodriguez Singh, is accused of killing her own 6 -year -old son Noel Rodriguez.
FBI director Kash Patel gave this information on Thursday. He told the X that Cindy lied about her hideout and then fled to India.
FBI detained Cindy in India on 20 August 2025 with the help of Indian officials and Interpol. He has been sent back to America, where he will be taken legal action.
The accused woman had a reward of Rs 2 crore
Cindy was included in the list of FBI’s top 10 most wanted fugitives. FBI announced a reward of 2.50 million dollars (about 2 crore rupees) to the person who gave his news. According to Kash Patel, he is the fourth most wanted fugitive to be arrested in the last 7 months.
During the investigation, Cindy claimed that Noel was in Mexico with her father since November 2022. But two days later she was seen in a flight to India with her husband Arshdeep and six children, which did not have noel.
The US investigating agency FBI issued a notification for the arrest of Cindy.
Included in the list of Most Wanted in 2025
The arrest warrant was issued by Texas officials in November 2023. FBI included Cindy in its most wanted list in July 2025.
Cindy Rodriguez was born in 1985 in Dallas, Texas. He also had a relationship with India and Mexico. After reaching the US, Cindy will be handed over to Texas officials, where he will be prosecuted for murder and other charges.
Prior to the arrest of Cindy, the Dallas chief of the FBI Joe Rutharrock said that the case of Noel’s disappearance and murder is in all of us. By putting Cindy in the most wanted list, we are asking for information from all over the world to arrest it.
