The police have identified the suspected accused in the case of murder of a woman in Bengaluru and chopping her body into 30 pieces. Karnataka Home Minister Gangadharaiya Parameshwara said that the police have found many clues related to the incident. The accused is currently in West Bengal. He will be arrested soon.
At the same time, the National Commission for Women (NCW) has ordered the Bangalore Police to arrest the people involved in the case as soon as possible so that the case can be investigated in time. Apart from this, the Commission has asked the police to submit a detailed report of the case within three days.
Actually, a case similar to the Shraddha Walkar murder case came to light on 21 September in Vyalikaval area of Bengaluru. 29-year-old Mahalakshmi of Jharkhand was murdered and her body was cut into 30 pieces. The accused absconded after keeping the pieces of the body in the fridge. It is being told that the woman lived alone in the flat.

The woman was living in a rented house for 3 months On September 21, Bengaluru West Additional Police Commissioner N Satish Kumar said that the incident took place in the Malleswaram area of Vyalikaval police station area. It seems as if the murder was committed 4-5 days ago.
He told that it has been learned that the woman used to work in a mall in Bangalore. She was living here on rent for the last 3 months. Her husband works in an ashram far away from the city. After getting information about the incident, he also reached the spot.
Neighbours complained about the foul smell coming from the flat According to media reports, the incident came to light when the neighbours complained to the flat owner about the foul smell coming from the flat. When the landlord entered the flat, he saw that the condition of the house was very bad.
Things were scattered all over the house. Insects were crawling near the kitchen, and blood stains were visible. When the fridge was opened, pieces of the body were seen in it. They immediately informed the police. The police investigation team collected evidence.
Police said that the killer had chopped the body into pieces and kept them in the fridge so that he could get time to escape.
Shraddha Walkar murder case came to light in May 2022, the body was cut into 35 pieces and kept in the fridge On May 18, 2022, Aftab, who lived in Chhatarpur area of Delhi, strangled his live-in partner Shraddha Walkar to death. After this, Shraddha’s body was cut into 35 pieces and kept in a 300 liter fridge.
Aftab used to dispose of these pieces slowly. Every day he used to throw one or two pieces in the forest. Delhi Police arrested him on 12 November 2022. On 24 January, the police filed a 6,629-page charge sheet against Aftab in this case.
During the investigation, Delhi Police conducted narco and polygraph tests on Aftab, in which he confessed to killing Shraddha. Police recorded statements of more than 150 witnesses in the case. Police also recorded Aftab’s voice sample, currently the case is in court.
Had already made up my mind to kill before 18 May Aftab had confessed to the police that he had made up his mind to kill Shraddha a week before the day of the murder, i.e. 18 May. Shraddha and Aftab had a fight that day too.
He had said, ‘I had decided to kill her on 11 May itself when she suddenly got emotional and started crying. So I decided that I will kill her some other day.’
Aftab used to keep Shraddha’s Instagram account updated Talking to a news agency, a police officer said that during interrogation, Aftab told that he was addicted to watching web series and especially crime shows. By watching these, he learned the method of keeping Shraddha’s body parts in the fridge.
Not only this, through these series and shows he also learned how to keep Shraddha alive in the eyes of family and friends. For this, he kept posting on Shraddha’s Instagram profile and account to keep it updated. No one helped him in this.
