An incident that took place in Jalalabad of Asarganj police station area of Munger in Bihar reminded us of Shurpanakha in Ramayana. Here, in a minor dispute of humor, the person who went to console his cousin who was abusing while drinking alcohol, was attacked with a sword by the cousin and his nose was cut off. After the nose was cut, the person became bloody and started bleeding. After which the family took him to Asarganj Primary Health Center for treatment. Where the doctors after first aid referred him to Bhagalpur for better treatment.
The injured person has been identified as Ajay Chaudhary of Chaudhary Tola of Jalalabad village of Asarganj police station area. As soon as the information was received, the police also reached the spot and started investigation. The injured and his family members told that cousin Pradeep Chaudhary had a dispute with Ajay Chaudhary’s younger brother Neeraj on Friday over joking.

90 percent of nose cut off
After disputes between the two several times during the day, the matter was calmed down. But late in the evening Pradeep Chaudhary came drunk and started abusing outside the house. On which Ajay Chaudhary went to explain to Pradeep. Meanwhile, Pradeep attacked Ajay Chaudhary with a sword. In which 99 percent of his nose was cut off.
The family members also say that there were many disputes between the two on Friday just because of joking. But after Pradeep comes drunk, such a big scandal will happen. They had no idea of this. At present, the police has also reached the information and is investigating the matter.
