A 13 -year -old boy from Afghanistan hid in the landing gear of the plane and came to India. The incident is on Sunday, September 21.
The flight of Afghanistan’s Kam Airline RQ-4401 left from Hamid Karzai Airport in Kabul at 8:46 am and landed at Terminal 3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi at 10:20 am.
The airline staff saw a boy roaming near the flight. He immediately informed the officials immediately. The CISF then took the boy into custody and handed over to the police.
The boy told the officials that he did so for curiosity. He wanted to see how it feels. The boy hails from Kunduj city of Afghanistan.
On Monday, officials said that the boy had entered Kabul Airport and somehow managed to enter the previous landing gear compartment of the aircraft. It was declared safe after thorough investigation of the aircraft. The same day the boy was sent back to Afghanistan by the same flight.

Experts surprised by the boy’s survival
Experts were surprised by the boy’s alive reaching Delhi. Because the landing gear is at the bottom of the compartment aircraft. It consists of safety equipment, brake system and hydraulic pipes.
At such a height (about 30,000 feet or 9 kilometers) temperature is below zero and oxygen levels are very low.
In such a situation, it is difficult for any person to survive. There is a risk of freezing, hypoxia (lack of oxygen) and severe injury due to excessive cold, low oxygen and rapid wind speed.
The survival rate in such hiding efforts is extremely low, only about 20% of the world survives.
