Director Anurag Kashyap’s film ‘Nisanchi’ is inspired by the 80s masala films. The film is about 2 hours 55 minutes. It is made by Ajay Rai, Vipin Agrihotri and Ranjan Singh under the banner of Jar Pictures, along with Flip Films. The film stars the new actor Aishwarya Thackeray in the lead role. Monika Panwar, Vedika Pinto, Mohammad Zeeshan Job and Kumud Mishra have played with him in the film.
Film story
The story is set in the small town of Kanpur, where twin brothers Bablu and Dublu (Aishwarya Thackeray) and Bablu’s girlfriend Vedika Pinto go to robbery. During the robbery, Bablu is caught and goes to jail, causing great difficulties in his life.

Inside the jail, the chief villain Ambika Prasad (Kumud Mishra), through his special police partner (Zeeshan Job), tries to remove Bablu and remove his partner’s name, but Bablu does not say anything. Flashback shows how his father tremendous Singh (Vineet Kumar Singh) was murdered and what is the hand of Ambika Prasad in it.
At the same time, the love between Dublu and Vedika Pinto is born outside, leading to a twist in the story. The three Bablu, Dubbu and Rinku struggle for their rights, love and truth. The climax of the film indicates what the truth will bring in his life.
The film’s direction and technical aspects
Anurag Kashyap has introduced the local flavor and atmosphere of the small town well. Cameras and locations give reality to the story. The songs are seen hard on the songs, but they do not leave the impact like ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’. The background music helps in some scenes. Editing is slow, causing the film to look long and boring in many places.
Acting in the film
Aishwarya Thackeray made his best debut in double role; Both Bablu and Dubbalu are different and vibrant. Monica Pawar handled the film in the role of Manjari. Kumud Mishra created seriousness and fear in Ambika Prasad. Vineet Kumar Singh also killed in a small role. Vedika Pinto has tried his best to do justice in Rinku’s role

Film weaknesses
The film looks long and boring some places. The joint of sub-flots weak. The songs did not become effective. Being Part-1, the climax seems incomplete.
Nirchi tries to tell a big story, but the length, weak editing and entangled screenplay do not make it completely effective. Aishwarya Thackeray’s debut is fantastic and Anurag Kashyap’s style, Monica Pawar, Kumud Mishra, Vineet Kumar Singh and Vedika Pinto’s acting film holds.
