Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra strongly condemned the killings in Gaza on Tuesday and accused Israel of ‘massacre’.

He said that Israel has killed more than 60 thousand people in Gaza, including 18,430 children.

He also attacked the Indian government and said that he is silent on the suffering of the Palestinian people, while Israel is destroying the citizens.

In response to Priyanka Gandhi’s questions, Israeli Ambassador to India, Ruveen Azar, said that it is misunderstanding and the cause of the death of common people is Hamas.

Priyanka said- millions of people in the danger of starvation in Gaza

Wayanad MP Priyanka wrote on social media on Tuesday that hundreds of people died of hunger in Gaza and millions of people are in danger of starvation.

He described the target killing of 5 journalists of Al Jazeera in Gaza as a ‘heinous crime’.

In another post, Priyanka wrote that it is also a crime to promote such crimes through silence.

He criticized the Government of India, saying that it is shameful that he is still silent when Israel is wreaking havoc on the people of Palestine.

Israeli ambassador said- 25 thousand Hamas terrorists killed Responding to Priyanka’s allegations, Israeli Ambassador to India said that Israel has killed 25,000 Hamas terrorists. He blamed Hamas for the deaths of common citizens.

The ambassador said that the major cause of the death of common people is the result of Hamas’s disgusting strategy. His terrorists hide behind the common people and prevent people from running away or taking help.

Ruveen claimed that Israel transported 2 million tonnes of food to Gaza, but Hamas tried to seize it, leading to the starvation.

He dismissed the allegations of genocide and said that in the last 50 years, Gaza’s population has increased by 450 percent. He said that people should not rely on Hamas data.
