The England team has been announced for the Test series to be played against Pakistan next month. The England Board announced a 17-member team on Tuesday for this three-match series.
Brydon Carse and Jordan Cox have got a chance in the international team for the first time. At the same time, Rehan Ahmed and Jack Leach have returned to the Test team. Leach and Rehan played their last Test against India in January-February this year. England’s tour of Pakistan will start from 7 October.

England series this year England has to play a Test series against Pakistan in October and then New Zealand in December. The England team will tour India early next year. Mark Wood is likely to be fit by then. The Champions Trophy is also to be played in 2025.
