Pakistan Defense Minister Khawaja Asif while talking to journalists in Sialkot on Saturday has threatened India. He said that if India conducts a false flag operation (secret attack), then this time the conflict will not be limited to the border only, but can reach Kolkata. Khawaja Asif claimed that India was planning to create a false drama by using its own people or detained Pakistanis. He said that Pakistan can be accused of terrorism by keeping the dead bodies somewhere. But he did not provide any evidence for this claim. Khawaja Asif further said that like last year, this time India will have to face more embarrassment. Indian Defense Minister had said – If Pakistan plays a dirty game, we will respond. There is no official response from India yet on this statement of Khawaja Asif. However, Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh had given a clear warning to Pakistan in an event in Keralam. He had said that if Pakistan again takes any wrong step then the Indian Army will give a decisive reply. Khwaja Asif, who has accused India of running a proxy war, had recently said that India and the Taliban government of Afghanistan are jointly running a proxy war against Pakistan. He said that New Delhi and Kabul have the same thinking regarding attacks on Pakistan. Asif said that if needed, Pakistan can take action again in Afghanistan. If no concrete guarantee of peace is received from Afghanistan, then Pakistan will not shy away from launching new attacks there. Asif also said that the possibility of war with India is still not over. Former Pakistan High Commissioner had talked about attacks on Mumbai and Delhi. Earlier, former Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit had also given a controversial statement. He said that if America attacks Pakistan, then Pakistan should attack Mumbai and New Delhi without thinking a moment. Basit said, “If America attacks Pakistan, we cannot reach America because it is not in our nuclear range. In such a situation, what will be our option? India. We will see what happens later.” He also said that this is the worst situation, which is not possible, but if there is any threat to Pakistan then attacking India will be the option for Pakistan.
