The family’s 20-year-old son Arjun had conspired to murder father Rajesh Kumar (51), mother Komal (46) and sister Kavita (23). After the murder, he went for a morning walk as usual. After coming back, he raised an alarm and informed the neighbors about the murder of his family members.

Joint CP SK Singh said that during interrogation, Arjun gave different statements which raised suspicion on him. After this, Arjun confessed to the police that it was he who had hatched the conspiracy to murder his family members.

There were disputes going on with the father of accused Arjun. She feared that her father, retired from the army, would transfer the entire property to her daughter. His father repeatedly interrupted him for studies and did not support him in his boxing career. It was in this anger that he killed the family.

After returning from the morning walk, Arjun informed the neighbors about the murder of the family members. He kept crying in front of the neighbours.

Conspiracy to commit murder on anniversary day Arjun had already planned the murder of his family members. He chose his parents’ anniversary to commit the murder. On December 4, his parents were celebrating their 27th anniversary.

On these days, Arjun killed his sister first thing in the morning. During this time there was a scuffle between the two. There are injury marks on Kavita’s body. After this he killed the sleeping father. Finally he attacked the mother who was in the bathroom at the time of the other two murders.

Throat cut so that there is no sound Arjun chose his father’s service knife to kill his family members. To avoid making any noise while committing the murder, he attacked the throats of the family members. To stop the bleeding, Arjun also put a cloth around the neck of all three.

Police have arrested the accused Arjun.

Police did not find evidence of outsider in CCTV footage After committing the murder, Arjun went for a morning walk at 05:30 in the morning as usual. After coming back from here, he first went home. After leaving the house, he informed his neighbors and relatives about the murder of his parents and sister. Neighbors called the police and informed about the incident.

The police investigating the case did not see any outsider going into the house after checking the CCTV cameras. There was no evidence of anyone forcibly entering the house, misplacing goods or theft.

The reason was resentment against father The police also found discrepancies in Arjun’s statements. During his interrogation, it was revealed that it was Arjun who killed the family members out of anger and revenge towards his father.

Arjun told that his father always supported his sister. He always scolded him for studies. Father would also raise his hand on him. A few days ago, on December 1, on the day of sister’s birthday, her father had beaten her. In anger, Arjun conspired to kill the family members.

Arjun is a professional boxer

Arjun did his early studies from Army Public School. He is currently doing BA from Delhi University. Arjun is also a professional boxer and wants to make a career in boxing. He also participated in a boxing event on behalf of Delhi where he got a silver medal.

Arjun’s father wanted him to pay more attention to studies like his sister. Arjun’s family shifted from Haryana to Delhi 15 years ago for better education of children.
