The body of South’s popular actress Subhashini Subramaniam has been found in her apartment in Chennai. The 36 year old actress was in depression. According to reports, she had a fight with her husband over video call shortly before her death. According to News 18 report, Subhashini was living in a rented flat in Iyappanthangal area of Chennai, where her body was found. She married Bipin Chandran 2 years ago in 2024. Both were living separately for some time. Before his death on April 6, he had made a video call to his father Bipin, in which both of them had a fight. According to police investigation, Subhashini committed suicide after a fight, although the exact cause and reason of death has not been revealed till now. After recovery, the body has been sent for post-mortem. Subhashini Subramaniam was a resident of Sri Lanka. She came to Chennai and settled after getting work in the Tamil TV industry. After starting her career with the film Ini Avan in 2012, she was seen in many TV shows and films. She got the most recognition for playing the character of Deepika in the TV show Kayal. Apart from this, she has been a part of many films like Illam Mela Irukurvan Pathuppan and Web. The actress has about 4.5 lakh followers on Instagram. He had made his last post 2 days ago, in which he had mentioned the essence of life. She also often posted pictures with husband Bibin on social media.
