A woman in Vadodara, Gujarat changed the surnames of both her daughters. On the complaint of the girls’ father and the court’s order, a case has been registered against the wife and Vibgyor School owner Rustam Kerawala at Atladara police station.
Abhishek Ashok Kumar Mishra, 44, said in the complaint that his wife had gone to Mehsana in 2019 for a job at Dudhsagar Dairy. He alleged that she had gone there to live with former Home Minister Vipul Chaudhary.
Abhishek claimed that his wife’s immoral relations led to the bonus scam in Dudhsagar Dairy. This conspiracy was hatched when his wife was in the HR department. He said that this information was given to the Gujarat government in 2019. The case is going on in Gujarat High Court.

- Abhishek is originally from Delhi and currently lives in Vadodara. In the year 2011, he was married to Vadodara resident Ankita Chauhan. Both have two daughters.
- Abhishek alleges that his wife took both the daughters with her to Mehsana without their consent. There he was enrolled in school.
- At that time, all the documents, birth certificates and passports of both the girls had the surname Mishra. In school, the surname of both the daughters was changed from Mishra to Chauhan.
- It has been alleged in the complaint that this change was made without court order and without application in Gujarat Gazette, which is completely illegal.

Abhishek has alleged that his wife is preparing to leave the country by changing her name and identity. He also said that the wife and her sister had tried to take financial benefits by entangling many families in matrimonial disputes.

School management accused of making fake documents
Abhishek Mishra has also accused the Vibgyor School management of preparing fake documents and manipulating records. He says that the school authorities assured him several times that the records of the children would be corrected, but this was not done.
He also alleged that the school management continuously misled him to avoid going to court.
Atladara police have registered a complaint based on the court order and started investigating the case. At present, the police are investigating the validity of the documents, alteration in school records and other allegations made.
