Missing BJP district councilor of Jhajjar in Haryana, Sanjay Jangra was found in Khatu Shyam Mandir. Jhajjar police arrived with them late on Monday night. SHO Haresh Kumar of Salhawas police station said that Rajasthan Police’s cooperation was also taken in this.

Sanjay Jangra had gone missing leaving a 7-page note in the name of CM Nayab Singh Saini. In the note, he accused BJP National Secretary Omprakash Dhankhar and Jhajjar Zilla Parishad Chairman of not allowing work to be done in his ward.
The BJP councilor wrote that he was elected by the people to get their work done, but despite being a councilor he is not able to get the work done for the people. Because, Zilla Parishad Chairman Captain Birdhana does not give him grant. At the same time, OP Dhankhar is deaf and asks for attendance.
At the end of the note the councilor had written that this is his last greeting. The councilor has requested CM Saini to take action against such leaders who are weakening the party.
After receiving the note of ward 13 councilor Sanjay Jangra, resident of Mundahera village of Jhajjar, discussions about his suicide started. However, his brother Vinay lodged a missing report with the police, after which he was traced.

A case was registered on brother’s complaint In the complaint given at Salhawas police station, councilor’s brother Vinay had said that Sanjay Jangra went missing on Sunday morning. He had left home on a bike with a therapist. After this he did not return home. At around 1.30 pm on Sunday afternoon, a note written by the district councilors appeared on their personal WhatsApp.
In those notes, allegations were made against big leaders of BJP. Also, at the end it was written that one should end one’s life by suicide. This information was given to the police. While investigating, the police recovered Sanjay’s mobile from a shop. This mobile was lying in a bag kept in the shop.
Chairman said – There is no rift between us Meanwhile, Zilla Parishad Chairman Captain Birdhana said on these allegations that he has no differences with Sanjay. They met about 15 days ago, but nothing like this happened. The Chairman said that as per the work that is coming to the fore, work worth around Rs 2 crore has been done in Sanjay’s Ward 13.
Dhankhar said – Sanjay’s meeting is a matter of satisfaction for the entire BJP family. Whereas, BJP National Secretary Omprakash Dhankhar said that everyone was shocked by this development. The news of Sanjay Kumar’s recovery is satisfactory for both the family and the BJP family. BJP is a disciplined organization, where there is a working system of solution through dialogue at every level. If any worker has any complaint then he goes to the organization to find a solution through talks.

- I worked hard in the assembly elections: Councilor Sanjay Jangra wrote in the note – I am a permanent resident of village Mundahera, district Jhajjar and a member of the District Council from Ward-13. Has also worked on the post of District Secretary of District General Committee of BJP. The 2024 Assembly elections and Lok Sabha elections are a testimony to the fact that I have worked hard and continue to participate in various party functions.
- Chairman and Dhankhar ruined my dreams: He wrote – I thought of only one thing that I have to get development work done in my ward, but all my dreams were dashed by President Captain and Omprakash Dhankar Saheb. I am troubled for one and a quarter year. People in the ward say I can do it, but I can’t do it. The Chairman Captain takes photos of me with different people and sends them to Omprakash Dhankhar and Dhankhar sends them to the Captain.
- The captain asked for attendance: In the note the councilor wrote- Today, about 15 days before 19 October 2025, I had gone to meet him (Captain Birdhana). At that time he said, please mark our attendance. Then you will get grant and work will be done. Otherwise no work will be done. Rajendra Sharma was the master with me. He listened to the whole thing sitting outside. Still, I folded my hands and got some work done.
- I decided with hard thinking: It is written in the note – The Speaker had started exploiting me politically and personally. I was not able to tolerate the exploitation. I decided with great determination that living is useless. Because of this man my life became worthless. Where should I go, what should I do? It won’t work for me. If the public asks me, what will I answer? No way is visible.

- It breaks people, threatens to get them killed: The councilor wrote – Virat’s Panchayat had come to Jhajjar a few days ago. When the Health Minister had to give some work, he was asked to sign it. I did it. He said that the District President should get it done. The District President said that the President should get it done, I will do it later. When he (captain) came near him he said what the hell, this won’t happen. He did not sign. Its attitude towards people is wrong. People should make their own. This breaks people. When I told him that I will tell everyone about your attitude, he threatened to shoot you and destroy you. I was scared. What should I do now? I have children, I have a family. What will happen to them?
- People like Dhankhar are not good for the party: Wrote in the note – I request you, CM sir, to correct those who do such politics. People like Captain President and Dhankhar are not good for the party and the government. Instead of strengthening the party and the government, they are weakening it in Jhajjar district. If it is examined properly then no one will punch it. President is a distant thing. I am hurt by the thought of killing me. Put him in jail. My family should get justice and grants should be given as per the share of the village in my ward, work should be done, my ward should be developed. Because of this captain I am leaving this world today.
- Dhankhar is ear raw: The councilor wrote- Omprakash ji also knows about this. I am surprised that even such big leaders do small things. A separate list is prepared of those who attended and those who did not. The people of its assembly constituency Badli call it Kacha of the ears.
