Chaudhary Dharambir, BJP MP from Bhiwani-Mahendragarh, was at second place. The party became MLAs from 8 out of 9 seats in his parliamentary constituency. Congress MP from Rohtak Deependra Singh Hooda and BJP MP from Faridabad Krishnapal Gurjar were at third place.
Congress won 7 out of 9 seats in Rohtak parliamentary constituency. Similarly, BJP won 7 out of 9 assembly seats included in Faridabad Lok Sabha seat.
