On Sunday (August 18), amid rain in Kolkata, people protested against the rape-murder incident.
New facts have emerged in the rape-murder case of a trainee doctor at Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College and Hospital on the night of August 9. This is deepening the mystery of her death.
Dainik Bhaskar on Sunday (August 18) spoke to some of the deceased’s colleagues as well as her mother. She said that her daughter used to write a diary every day. However, it has now come to light that many pages of the diary are missing (torn).
It is believed that some secret related to the victim’s death was hidden in these pages. The question is arising that what did the victim write in the torn pages of the diary? The mother of the deceased claims that the pages must have been torn to destroy evidence.
The police have handed over the doctor’s laptop and the diary along with other evidence to the CBI. However, police sources said that the SIT did not get any clue about the incident from the diary. However, the CBI has made the victim’s diary a key aspect of the investigation.
On the other hand, the victim’s father has also made several new revelations. In an interview given to news agency ANI on Sunday (August 18), he said that the police had hurriedly cremated his daughter.
According to the father, there were three bodies at the crematorium besides the trainee doctor’s body. However, the victim’s body was cremated first. He claimed that even at the hospital, his daughter’s body was not in the same condition as it was found in the seminar room.
He reiterated the suspicion that the body was placed in the seminar room after being murdered somewhere else. The victim’s mother said that some people told us that some parts of the daughter’s body were not covered with any clothes.
The victim’s father said, ‘We were told that our daughter’s body was not found in the condition it was in in the seminar hall initially. It was placed there later. We cannot tell anything more than this because when we reached the hospital, we were not allowed to see the body.
