Baraiya said- Let us try that our tribals do not become Hindus. If tribals become Sarna (religion of forests), then the path to liberation of tribals can also be found.
Baraiya said these things in the meeting of the drafting committee of Congress’s Declaration-2 on January 13 at Samanvay Bhawan, Bhopal. On the stage, former CM Digvijay Singh, former MP Udit Raj, Jharkhand Congress in-charge and retired IAS officer K. Raju, National President of Tribal Congress Dr. Vikrant Bhuria, MLA Omkar Singh Markam, MLA Dr. Hiralal were also present.

I believe that the solution to the problem lies with Baba Saheb Ambedkar. On 25 November 1949, Baba Saheb had said in the Constituent Assembly that I have two concerns. Firstly, is there a provision in the Constitution that the country will go up, or caste and religion will go up?
If the country remains on top then all the problems will be solved. But, if caste and religion dominate the country, then no solution to any problem will be found. Today you should feel whether the country is superior or caste and religion? Today caste and religion are above the country.
When Baraiya said these things, senior Congress leaders were present on the stage.
When the country is above religion, then there will be equality Baraiya said- Baba Saheb Ambedkar further says that we are going to enter such a life where there will be political equality but not social and economic equality. Social and economic equality will be achieved only when the country is at the top and caste-religion is at the bottom. Today we are struggling with socio-economic inequality.
Our plight was caused by the Joint Electoral The Congress MLA further said – Baba Saheb Ambedkar later repented a lot that he wished there was a separate electorate today. Where was our plight, we entered the Joint Electoral due to circumstances. If there was a separate electorate, today we would have asked why our MLAs and MPs do not speak?
He does not speak because he has come from Joint Electoral. He can’t even speak.
Baraiya said that Baba Saheb Ambedkar had said this at that very time. He had said to remove all hope from them. You have expectations from educated people. They will study and move ahead. They will do something. We are the same people sitting here today. I think that if we end the joint electorate and switch to separate electorate, Baba Saheb’s dream will be closer to fulfillment.

Religion will be down, then we will get equality Baraiya said- We will not get social and economic equality now because religion has reached the top. And understand what is our position in religion… It is written about 6743 castes in religion. In which what is written about Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Minority?

If you listen to it, you will melt glass and fill it in your ears. If he looks, they will tear out his eyes and if he walks, they will hang a pot around his neck because if he gets tired, the ground will become dirty.
You tell me, can this be some social equality? How will it be when religion is on top? When religion comes down we can get social equality.
Bhander MLA Baraiya said- Baba Saheb had told how economic equality will be achieved? He had said that I am giving the path of liberation that when the religion becomes upper, then you can kick out of that religion. The scheduled caste was civilized so it has been removed and will be removed but the problem has arisen as to how to remove the tribe?
Jharkhand started the religion of tribals Baraiya said- Jharkhand has started the religion of tribals. A bill has been introduced in Jharkhand in 2020, where Sarna will become the religion of tribals. It has been supported by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in 2023. Let us try that our tribals do not become Hindus.
If the tribal becomes Sarna then the path of liberation can be found for the tribal too. Tribal forests are being cut. He does not have knowledge because even today the tribals are not civilized.
