A big revelation has come to light in the murder case of a woman from Ludhiana, Punjab in Delta city of Canada. The woman was murdered by her brother-in-law. Investigation revealed that the accused first caused an accident to the woman’s car and later set it on fire.

Police arrested brother-in-law Gurjot Singh. Mandeep Kaur is from Gujjarwal of Ludhiana while Gurjot Singh is a resident of Lodhiwal village of Sidhwan Bet. Both were PR in Canada. However, the reasons for the murder are not yet known.
According to Delta Police, a car accident occurred in the 7000 block of Highway 17 on October 26 at 11:20 p.m. After this the car caught fire. On receiving information, police reached the spot. When the police inspected the car, there was a woman in it, who was dead due to burns. The woman was identified as 30-year-old Mandeep Kaur.
Delta Police has arrested the accused brother-in-law.
When the police investigated the case, they found out that the brother-in-law had murdered the sister-in-law. Police registered a case of murder against the accused. On November 25, Delta Police presented the charge sheet of this case in the court and the court framed the charges.
Crime Branch and Traffic Department of Delta Police investigated the case. Many departments took part in the investigation of this case. Which included Delta Major Crime Section, Traffic Department and K-9 Unit. During investigation it was revealed that the circumstances were suspicious. After this the case was converted into a murder investigation.
Gurjot Singh was charged with inhumane treatment of human remains (section 182(b) of the Criminal Code). On 25 November, Crown counsel accepted a further charge of second-degree murder under section 235(1) of the Criminal Code.

Mandeep Kaur got married this year Mandeep earlier lived in Edmonton city of Canada. Mandeep Kaur’s father Jagdev Singh told that she was married to Anmol Jeet of village Lodhiwal of Sidhwan Bet on March 7. After this the daughter started living with her in-laws in Delta city.
On October 26, I got a call that Mandeep had an accident. He told that on October 26, he got a call that Mandeep met with an accident and he died in the hospital. He tried to perform the last rites hastily. But his son Harry complained to the police to investigate. The police stopped the last rites and then started investigation.
The last rites and last prayers were also performed on 16th November. He said that Delta Police has now registered a case against the accused under strict sections. Now he hopes that his daughter will get justice.
