More than 2.5 lakh current and former students will vote in the election of Chancellor of Oxford University. Graduates of this university get the opportunity to become Chancellor. According to the new rules, whoever becomes the new Chancellor will get a tenure of 10 years.

Registration is required to contest the elections which will be done by August 18. The date of the election has not been announced yet. According to The Telegram, Imran Khan’s chances of winning are low because apart from the three former Prime Ministers of Britain, there are many other big names in the race.
