Shares of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited and Bansal Wire Industries Limited will be listed on the stock exchange today. Emcure Pharmaceuticals’ IPO was subscribed a total of 67.87 times in three days. The issue was subscribed 7.36 times in the retail category, 191.24 times in qualified institutional buyers (QIB) and 49.32 times in the non-institutional investors (NII) category.
At the same time, Bansal Wire Industries’ IPO was subscribed a total of 62.76 times in three days. This issue was subscribed 14.37 times in the retail category, 153.86 times in QIB and 54.21 times in the NII category. The initial public offer i.e. IPO of both the companies was open from July 3 to July 5.
Emcure Pharmaceuticals’ issue was worth ₹1,952.03 crore
This issue of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited was worth a total of ₹ 1,952.03 crores. For this, the company has issued 7,936,507 new shares worth ₹ 800 crores. At the same time, the existing investors of the company sold 11,428,839 shares worth ₹ 1,152.03 through Offer for Sale i.e. OFS.
Bansal Wire Industries’ issue was ₹745 crore
This issue of Bansal Wire Industries Limited was of total ₹ 745 crores. For this, the company issued 29,101,562 new shares worth the entire ₹ 745 crores. The existing investors of the company did not sell even a single share through the offer for sale.
Emcure Pharmaceuticals commands a premium of 29.76% in the grey market
Before listing, the company’s stock has reached a premium of 29.76% i.e. ₹ 300 per share in the grey market. In such a situation, according to the upper price band of ₹ 1008, its listing can happen at ₹ 1308. However, this can only be estimated, the price of the listing of the stock is different from the price of the grey market.
Bansal Wire Industries’ premium in grey market is 27.34%
Before listing, the company’s stock has reached a premium of 27.34% i.e. ₹ 70 per share in the grey market. In such a situation, according to the upper price band of ₹ 256, its listing can happen at ₹ 326. However, this can only be estimated, the price of the listing of the stock is different from the price of the grey market.
