Plain crashed in Ahmedabad yesterday, 265 bodies found
The Air India aircraft crashed in Ahmedabad on Thursday. In which the bodies of 265 people have been recovered so far. Of these, 241 were passengers and crew members aboard the deceased aircraft. 5 deceased are from the medical hostel where the plane crashed.
More than 50 people were present in the BJP Medical College Hostel on which the aircraft fell. However, it has not been cleared yet how many deaths have occurred in the hostel. There is news of 4 MBBS student and a doctor’s wife being killed.
Air India’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner Flight AI-171 flew from Ahmedabad to London at 1:38 pm on Thursday afternoon. It had a total of 230 passengers, including 169 Indians, 53 British, 7 Portuguese and one Canadian citizen. Two minutes later the flight crashed.
These include 103 men, 114 females, 11 children and 2 newborns. The remaining 12 were crew members. The dead include former Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani, while only one passenger is saved.
